Dona pharmacies have completed the implementation of Charisma HCM

Dona pharmacy chain has completed the implementation of Charisma HCM system, provided by TotalSoft for the management of human resources and payroll activities. Dona is one of the top three drug retailers in Romania, with 200 pharmacies, more than 1,600 employees and a turnover of over 142 million euro.
 
The decision to implement a new HR&Payroll software occurred late last year amid the increasing number of pharmacies, the dynamics of staff and, last but not least, the need to reduce the effort wasted on redundant activities (payroll, accounting, bonuses management, performance analysis and reporting, etc.).

Charisma HCM was chosen for the manner it treats all these aspects, but also due to its modules covering the recruitment and evaluation of personnel, an extremely important component for Dona management. TotalSoft’s references also played a crucial role in the management’s decision to purchase the solution. Moreover, with the completion of this project, Charisma HCM became the software platform that manages the HR&Payroll activities the top 3 pharmacy chains in Romania.

The next step is to implement integrate the HR solution with Charisma ERP system. At the end of this project, the financial-accounting activities, specific to the company’s headquarters and the retail ones, specific to pharmacies will be covered.
