  • Secure login, based on username and password;
  • Access to contact information. The client can view and edit his contact details, company identification data, and contact persons;
  • Access to synthetic information about ongoing contracts;
  • View products. The customer can view all the products defined in Charisma ERP, based on category, and available for sale;
  • Product search. The search function can be used without navigating the product presentation tree structure;
  • Product view. Each product has several labels associated such as name, description, price, availability, available stock;
  • Product order. It can be added to the shopping cart by selecting it and filling in the quantity;
  • Sending the order. When the customer finalizes the orders, he validates the products already added to the shopping cart;
  • Order tracking. For each order there is traceability based on its status;
  • Order history. The customer is presented with the orders already placed;
  • Special offers. For each product placed in the order, the system checks if it’s included in one of the available special offers and applies the best price;
  • Online access to documents (invoices, orders, payments) provided by the distributor and the possibility to download the available invoices;
