Charisma.ro website’s traffic increased by 389%

Charisma.ro, the project dedicated to promoting exclusively TotalSoft’s business solutions that complete Charisma Business Suite, has recorded in the 11 months following its launching a traffic growth of 389%. The new website was officially launched in May 2010, aiming at presenting all solutions included in Charisma – TotalSoft’s intellectual property, to the entire Romanian business community, and not only.
 
Thus, the portal is already available in four languages (English, Romanian, Bulgarian and Greek); according to the company’s future expansion, the website will also be located in other European languages, most likely this year in Polish and Serbian.
 
Charisma.ro includes a section where companies can request and schedule live demos for Charisma solution; the section generated last year a number of major contracts, among the best known projects being Carrefour Automobile Senegal and Lafarge Moldova, as well as software development projects for companies active in the automotive market.
 
Up to this point Charisma.ro has been quite a promising project. Charisma brand’s visibility in the online environment grew 18 times in less than a year. The number of viewed pages tripled, the time spent on the website grew, on average, over four times, while 65% of visitors accessing the portal are actually new.” States Daniel Ionescu, Marketing and Strategy Director, TotalSoft.
 
By means of the new Charisma website, TotalSoft uses its expertise on the integrated solutions market by providing business consultancy services, an approach that is reflected through a section dedicated to publishing specialized works dealing with issues of interest to the business community, such as the utility of BI instruments in the healthcare sector, the impact of eProcurement systems on operational cost reduction, as well as advice on assessment and implementation of a warehouse management system.
 
The site also takes into account the interaction with customers through a section that provides, based on a username and password, access to a database where they can consult their own company information. For example, they can quickly release a comparison between functionalities and features they are currently using with the latest version available. This feature has led to improved warranty and post-warranty services, as well as to a much better communication with the company’s business partners.
