TotalSoft will launch in November, during Charisma Days, the latest generation of Charisma, namely 2012, which includes new modules with extended features and innovative tools. Among the news that pertains to the unprecedented increase usability of the application the following can be distinguished: the integration of a search and data filtering engine, an intuitive navigation, clear visibility, complete control over internal processes and the migration towards mobile devices.
Charisma ERP 2012 includes new module such as Workflows, Document Management and Intranet, as well as new features such as Search or Task List.
The integration of a search and data filtering engine will radically change the way users interact with a business software system. Charisma Search will make this possible; it is the technological innovation of the Research & Development team, which will complement the entire Charisma suite of solutions.
Through Charisma Task List users will be able to integrate the task list from Microsoft Outlook with the Workflows module and entities in Charisma ERP, being able to manage their own activities, to delegate tasks or to track another person, directly from the platform. Tasks can be either personal, office or related to processes carried out in Charisma ERP. Basically, this application is a much more detailed transposition in business, of Tasky the application launched this year for B2C segment.
The Workflows module brings new benefits in the business flows and processes area, as a result of the strategic partnership concluded with Nintex, the global leader in the development of Microsoft SharePoint related software. The new solution helps companies reduce the operational costs by eliminating the redundant or manual execution time, increases the efficiency of operational activities and minimizes the internal risk by improving the operational control and automation.
Another component of the system, Charisma Document Management uses the new Microsoft SharePoint features for the implementation of management systems for document approval, but also for the definition of workflows in order to regulate their circulation within the company. Among major benefits of the solution, the following can be distinguished: easy document management (saving, archiving, retrieval, history, version control, reporting), customized graphical view of the information published on the Intranet and easy retrieval of documents of interest, based on access rights.
Through Charisma Intranet – the web platform providing quick information and collaborative environment for the employees of a company – Charisma offers users a secure and accessible working environment. Thus, employees using the platform will have access to company information, opportunities for distribution and publication of documents of interest, organizational practices and activity calendars.
