Anima Specialty Medical Services, the division that helps A&D Pharma to develop a network of medical services and facilities for corporate customers, as well as for individual patients, has entered a partnership with TotalSoft, part of Global Finance group. Under this partnership, the software developer implements Charisma Enterprise and Charisma Medical Software applications that compose an integrated software solution intended to meet the needs of Anima clinic network regarding in view of information and data management.
The project started in February 2010 with the specification analysis phase, following an exact planning of the entire implementation.

Specifically, after the implementation of TotalSoft solutions, Anima benefits from a information system that integrates both the financial-accounting operations and the medical operations into a single database. The information regarding the electronic patient record, schedules done at the reception office or via the call center, lab tests or the electronic patient file are the most necessary data that the system makes available to the users. The solution's uniqueness consists in the fact that these modules are integrated with the financial-accounting part in Charisma Enterprise, thus ensuring data traceability and the possibility to perform financial analyses by medical units.
Currently, Anima Titan and Anima Victoriei clinics are operational, and Anima Pantelimon clinic will be opened in the next period. By the end of 2010, Anima network will have at least 4 units, and in 2 years time, Anima clinics will be established at a 10-minutes distance form the patients' house or workplace.
The collaboration between TotalSoft and A&D Pharma pharmaceutical group has started since 2000, when TotalSoft helped Sensiblu, the biggest drug store network in Romania, having 225 units, to implement a software for the pharmaceutical retail business, that was further on integrated with the financial modules of Charisma Enterprise.
In 2008, TotalSoft has implemented Charisma ERP at Mediplus, thus completing the business application suite used by A&D Pharma. Mediplus manages its business with a software infrastructure built on pharma vertical developed by TotalSoft. This vertical includes systems for the drug store management, distribution of pharmaceutical products, ERP (integration of the entire company resources), SFA (sales force automation), WMS (warehouse management), BI (reports and analyses), etc.
