TotalSoft presented live, at ZF Mobilio’13, 4 mobile applications

TotalSoft, the main Romanian mobile application producer for B2B sector, showed once again the technical and innovative skills of its team at the ZF Mobilio’13 event. TotalSoft presented live 4 mobile business applications, developed on the major mobile platforms currently available in the world (iOS, Android and Windows Mobile 8).

The presented solutions respond to different business needs, derived from the business sectors in which the company is a market leader with the Charisma ERP solution: financial services, healthcare, retail & distribution and pharmaceutics.

“We meet the need for mobility for more than 10 years, Charisma SFA on PDA being the pioneer of mobile solutions. Since 2010 we began porting the systems mainly used by the management, the solutions for analysis and reporting, for tracking performance indicators, or the solutions tailored to support mobile sales force, on mobile devices. The obvious trend of increased tablets adoption in both private and business sector, determines us to come up with applications for all users. The solution premiered by TotalSoft was Mobile Gamifications for Sales - Europe's first B2B application for Windows Mobile 8. Mobile Gamifications for Sales is a customer relationship management system based on native principles of CRM. The advantages of the platform consist of native integration with the Microsoft Office suite, synchronization between desktop and tablet, as in the optimization of the platform for Social Media applications, thus offering users a unique work experience. Our application’s first client activates within the pharmaceutical sector, and the interaction between the sales team and its clients is a strategic component of its activity.         

Mobile Gamifications for Sales has been designed to run both online and offline, implementing real time-sync and data-snapshot concepts. These are possible also due to developing the system in a loose-coupled interfaces approach, by liberally using the latest available technologies.

Charisma Mobile eCare, the application designed for leasing companies’ customers, which runs on mobile phones with iOS and Android operating systems and provides users easy access to a range of information on their leases, extended the access to TotalSoft solutions also in the area of the intuitive user, who is not familiar with Charisma.

Charisma Mobile MedCare, the  application running on mobile phones with iOS and Android operating systems, which provides patients of a medical unit quick and easy access to information such as doctors’ timetable,  visits scheduling, test results visualization and diagnoses or treatments, enrolled in the same registry.

TotalSoft concluded the presentation with the new version of Charisma Mobile SFA (Sales Force Automation), solution designed to automate and streamline the sales process, which provides all necessary information to the sales force within the field at any time, from any place. The solution is available on all three platforms: Windows Mobile, iOS and Android.

TotalSoft is the software house that launched in 2010 (as a world premiere) the first business intelligence product on iPad - Charisma Analyzer.
