TotalSoft, the personnel administration and payroll outsourcing services leader in Romania, announced the successful submission of the general employee registry (ReGes) for over 40.000 employees benefiting from payroll outsourcing. The submission complied with the new REVISAL version, which has been imposed by the Labor Inspectorate (ITM) starting with August 1st, and addresses the electronic preparation, updating and generation of the register.
For clients already using Charisma HCM, TotalSoft configured the ITM (Labor Inspectorate) module so that it could meet the major change imposed by the Romanian Government, which modified the submission procedure, XML file structure and content of the employee registry (ReGes). The module also ensures the automatic submission of the file to the institution.
Starting with 2010, TotalSoft has dominated the personnel administration and payroll outsourcing market, currently calculating salaries amounting to 30% of 120,000 salaries outsourced in Romania. Among 500 Romanian companies and 60 international groups benefiting from TotalSoft’s human resources solutions, the following can be distinguished: Ursus, BRD Group Societe Generale, UniCredit Ţiriac, Arctic, MIC.RO or Alpha Bank.
