TotalSoft launches the Continuous Feedback solution for employees

TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, launches a solution for continuous feedback, as a module in Charisma HCM - the solution for human resources management developed by the company. The concept meets the expectation of the new generation for real-time feedback and can contribute to the development of employees' skills, to the increase of their performance and motivation. It also makes it easier for employers to access information related to each employee's performance, analyzing trends and skills development needs in real-time, providing support where needed.

Continuous feedback is a methodology that significantly shortens the time required for the evaluation process. Traditionally, employee performance is often reviewed quarterly, biannually or once a year, and in some organizations, these evaluations may never take place. The idea of continuous feedback is to receive and send feedback every few days/weeks, during or after a major project has been completed or even after each interaction between colleagues. With more feedback from colleagues, employees can better understand their current performance and make improvements.

In this sense, TotalSoft has developed a solution for continuous feedback, in the form of a module in Charisma HCM - the human resources management solution developed by the company. The feedback is made with the help of the Timea – the chatbot which is also integrated with Charisma HCM.

The functionalities of the module differ depending on the role of the person who gives or receives the feedback. Therefore, the HR department benefits from a completely customized questionnaire, which can include images, and full access to all employee feedback and comments. For employees, the process is very simple - they just grade someone and, optionally, add a comment to the feedback. The feedback remains anonymous.

In return, the employee receiving feedback can see the total number of feedbacks and the number of unique colleagues from whom he received feedbacks. He can also see the score for each feedback and the evolution of the overall monthly score. The results are displayed graphically, both in reports and in the form of Dashboards, which allow managers to develop employee skills and provide a positive and efficient work environment.
