TotalSoft, the leading human resourse management software provider in Romania, announces the completion of Charisma HCM’s solution at Vodafone. The solution acquired by Vodafone has been streamlining HR processes specific to telecom industry for over 10 years, in companies such as Orange, Cosmote and UPC, and is renowned as Charisma Telecom.
The system manages approximately 10,000 employees in the electronic communication industry, and covers workflows such as payroll, personnel administration, time sheet keeping, training and reporting to state authorities.

In addition to streamlining the HR workflows, Charisma HCM improves the internal communication, giving the employees the possibility to view their personal data through a self-service module.
