TotalSoft, the most renowned ERP provider in CEE and the leader of the Romanian ERP market, announces the recruitment of Bogdan Mitrofan, in the position of HR Director TotalSoft, starting with June 2015. Bogdan has over 10 years of experience in human resources, an experience achieved in companies such as Orange Romania, Antares Group or Decirom.
Before joining the TotalSoft team, Bogdan held the positions of Technology HR Business Partnerand HR Manager within Orange Romania, where he was in charge with the implementation of HR policies and organizational changes imposed by the company’s development. The permanent concern for complying with the latest technologies and trends in the HR area allowed him to achieve a wide experience in projects related to business transfer, organizational changes, joint venture, outplacement and new lines of business start-up.
In TotalSoft, Bogdan’s mission is to align the company’s human resources policies with its development plans. “In my opinion a company’s human resources department must have the vision and energy of a manager who develops the team, promotes it and keeps it motivated. Bogdan graduated Ovidius University of Constanta, the Faculty of Letters and Theology and has a Law Master’s Degree.
