TotalSoft goes for exponential growth with an extensive partnership

TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, is launching an extensive partnership program this year, which includes attracting new business, technology, and strategic partners. The company aims to create an ecosystem, relying on investments in new and existing products, and by expanding to cloud/SaaS solutions. The new operational model brings in the needed flexibility and focus by empowering small teams called “missions” with the decision-making, accountability, and freedom to think big and shoot for the moon. The newly created system – along with the partnership program - will fuel exponential growth in the years to come. Last year, TotalSoft recorded EUR 25 Million, which represents a year-on-year unprecedented 11% turnover increase, yet this is only the beginning.

The company will launch an extensive partnership program, aiming to attract business partners (who can sell, deliver and provide support to clients for TotalSoft solutions), technology partners (which involves opening platforms for integrations with various solutions or integrating new technologies into existing solutions) and strategic partners (with whom to promote complex service/solution packages that make clients more competitive).

In support of this new partnership programme, TotalSoft will double the investment in new products and continue to invest in the cloud-ready digitisation platform Charisma EveryWare, which offers customizable workflows and scalability. Cloud or SaaS versions of several solutions have already been launched, such as: ERP, Financial Market Solutions, HCM Solutions, Chatbot, WMS, Onboarding & Contract Origination. 
 
TotalSoft, EUR 25 mil. turnover in 2021
Last year, as per financial statements prepared according to IFRS, TotalSoft recorded a turnover of EUR 25 million, up 11% on the previous year. The company has maintained its growth trend of recent years by consolidating its position in the market, due to already established solutions and the launch of new products. 
 
According to company representatives, one of the main projects in 2021 was the alignment of Charisma ERP customers with the new SAF-T legal requirements, which meant a modernization effort for dozens of projects within existing customers. Also, Architected Business Solution, part of TotalSoft Group, will finalize the implementation of the first RISE with SAP project in Central Eastern Europe at HABAU Romania.  
 
TotalSoft developed its first business partnerships for the sale, distribution and support of the Charisma Business Suite during 2021. Such partnerships aim to strengthen the delivery capabilities for Charisma solutions, as well as increasing customers’ satisfaction.
 
Furthermore, the company focused on investing in human capital, continuing to recruit over 100 new talent and adapting its way of working to the current context. Therefore, a major project also run last year is TotalSoft Academies - an accelerated career programme, where dozens of juniors developed their skills in consulting and development. 
 
New solutions developed in 2021 
In addition to consolidating market share through already established solutions, such as Charisma ERP, Charisma HCM, Charisma Medical Software, Charisma Financial Services, TotalSoft relied on portfolio development the previous year. Among the most recently launched solutions are:
  • integrated chatbot with Charisma ERP, which allows you to quickly access relevant business information from anywhere, anytime,
  • Onboarding & Contract Origination solution, intended for large European financial companies,
  • the new generation of web & mobile solutions for warehouse management,
  • Charisma Retail Self-Checkout, for large retailers, which aims to revolutionize the end-user experience,
  • a new generation of Charisma ERP solution,
  • a new module in Charisma HCM, which responds to the need for continuous feedback of the new generation, designed to contribute to the development of employees' skills, increase their performance and motivation.
