Coca-Cola HBC Romania, member of Coca-Cola Hellenic, the leading non-alcoholic beverages manufacturer in Romania, chose TotalSoft as provider of payroll and personnel administration services for its nearly 1,800 employees. Coca-Cola HBC Romania decided in favor of TotalSoft following a selection process that lasted almost three months and attended by leading payroll providers in Romania.
“TotalSoft’s offer stood out through the technical expertise of a mature software platform, yet extremely flexible, but also through the sheer number of references that showed the value of the company’s outsourcing team” says Manuela Preoteasa, HR Services Manager.
The contract entered into force starting with January 2012, the first month when salaries were calculated by TotalSoft. The next two stages imply taking over the personnel administration services and implementing the online access timesheet solution, which are to be completed in May; next, the company will develop an automated interface with the internal database management system (SAP) used by Coca-Cola HBC Romania.
TotalSoft is a leader of the outsourcing market salary in Romania, with a market share above 35%. The number of salaries outsourced monthly to TotalSoft exceeds 50,000, while the client portfolio includes companies such as BRD, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Arctic, Alpha Bank and Prospecţiuni. Charisma HCM platform is used for payroll outsourcing by customers in six countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
