TotalSoft announces the inclusion of new modules, with enhanced functionalities within the latest generation of the application Charisma ERP 2011 - application that is to be launched this autumn at Charisma Days event. Among the most important modules to be integrated into Charisma ERP 2011 the following can be distinguished: the business intelligence module with extended access from mobile devices and iPad, additional controlling features, an improved replenishment stock, which turns the purchasing process into an automated and intelligent workflow, and a more efficient warehouse management system.
With this new version, Charisma becomes an end-to-end solution for financial services, encompassing a unique expertise, built alongside the biggest players in the sector such as Raiffeisen Leasing, RCI Leasing, BCR Leasing, Tiriac Holding and Deutsche Leasing. The technological change that took place within the new version, allowed the extension of standard functionalities, workflow optimization and new modules for moral and physical damage recovery management (Legal), property risk management (insurance) or a uniform management of financing and refinancing lines (financial contracts).
The controlling functions that are specific to Tier 1 ERPs, will be found in a much more intuitive way in the new version, supporting the management in planning, budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of the company.
Charisma also introduces new tools for managing inventory in the distribution and manufacturing fields, through Stock Replenishment and MRP modules. The Stock Replenishment module was designed to streamline and optimize the preparation of stocks for projected and automatically calculated future sales, for any type of organization. Thus, based on history turnovers and requests from customers, but also on logical constraints of the company, the module permanently fills the sock, by appointments and orders to suppliers, or relocation of freight from the central warehouse in branches, without the traditional intervention and manual effort.
For manufacturing companies, Charisma ERP 2011 contains a specific module (MRP - Material Requirement Planning) that is absolutely necessary for specific supply and inventory management processes. It automates and optimizes business processes based on purchasing history; the stock is permanently completed, by recommendations, appointments and orders to suppliers, reservations or relocation of cargo.
For a better management of deposits, Charisma contains now an advanced solution, called Charisma WMS (Warehouse Management System). The solution enables an efficient flow of goods and products, their acceptance in management, geometric structure and logical storage areas, processing and packaging logistics arrangement, choice and delivery of packages to final customers.
Improvements have also been made to modules designed to streamline human resources and payroll. Thus, Charisma HCM Portal goes beyond the traditional HR tool features, providing employees with secure online access to individual training plans, performance evaluations, vacations or other useful personal information. Also, Charisma has taken into account the development of a Talent Management module.
Charisma ERP 2011 will be presented for the first time during Charisma Days, 17-18 November, at Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest.
