TotalSoft announces 2011 financial outcomes

TotalSoft, one of the largest Romanian software manufacturer and member of Global Finance, announces a 25, 92 mil EUR turnover and a 4, 5 mil EUR EBITDA for 2011. The revenues recorded in Romania count for 21, 96 mil EUR, which means a 21, 41% increase compared to 2010, while the difference comes from complex implementations on international markets.

The highest intake in the Romanian turnover’s structure belongs to the company’s intellectual property Charisma Business Suite, which generated revenues of 17.91 million EUR, meaning about 81% of the company’s turnover in this market. Charisma ERP contributed with 77% to this figure, Charisma HCM, human resource management system contributed with 17% and Charisma Medical Software system with 6%.

The market segments that have experienced the largest share were retail/ distribution (32.9%), manufacturing (21.9%), services (19.63%) and banking (13.16%). Among companies that have joined our clients portfolio in 2011 were Garanti Leasing, Muntenia Medical Hospital, Mobiup Online, Simba Invest, TCE 3 Brazi, Dinamica Impex, European Eye Centers, Coca-Cola, General Electric Bulgaria, MedLife, Niro Grup, Diana, Gral Medical, Metalplast, Scop Computers and Prospecțiuni.

TotalSoft ranked first place among the Romanian ERP solutions providers for the second year in a row, according to Pierre Audoin Consultants, the Market Research and Consultancy Company. The study outcomes indicate a 14% increase in TotalSoft’s market share considering the overall ERP market stagnation around 100M Euro.

TotalSoft launched in 2011 a strategy aimed at diversifying the solutions portfolio, with both proprietary software and strategic partnerships. The positioning of the company as a mobile devices software manufacturer was addressed by launching products on both iOS (Charisma Analyzer, Cell Monitor, Portfolio Management, Medical Software, EMR, My Tasks) and Android platforms (Charisma Mobile SFA, dedicated to mobile sales forces).

Moreover, the company signed strategic partnerships with Tableau Software, a world leader in data visualization and one of the most powerful business intelligence solutions worldwide, with Lumesse, one one of the Europe’s top providers of end-to-end Talent Management solutions, with 1900 clients in over 70 countries, as well as with Eficientizare.ro, for the provision of GPS Tracking software solutions. In addition to these, several commercial partnerships have also been concluded, namely the one signed with Lugera & Makler, according to which Lugera will use Charisma HCM to provide BPO services for clients in Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Croatia and Ukraine.

For 2012, TotalSoft plans to achieve a consolidated turnover of 30 million EUR and a consolidated EBITDA of 5 million EUR. Over the next three years, TotalSoft intends to exceed 50 million EUR with a profitability rate of 20%, thus achieving a minimum EBITDA of 10 million EUR.
