TotalSoft, the producer of the most powerful human resource management and payroll integrated software system, and Lugera & Makler, the integrated human resource services provider, the no. 1 HR agency in Romania for the last two years, have concluded a partnership that will position Charisma HCM as the basis of BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services provided by the Payroll division of Lugera & Makler in Romania, Central and Eastern Europe.
The new platform will simplify the improvement of payroll and reporting processes for Lugera & Makler’s Payroll division, which is currently managing an active portfolio of over 70 companies and is monthly processing more than 11.000 salaries.
