TotalSoft, through its CEO Mr. Liviu Drăgan, talks about “Ethics and courage in entrepreneurship” organized by Umanager and The Center for Oratory and Debate within the Romanian-American University, on Thursday, April 2, 2015. The event will take place in Aula Magna of the Romanian-American University starting with 5:00pm and it is open for any student, master’s student or teacher, regardless of the university, as well as for the business environment representatives.
In the form of quarterly interactive conferences and workshops, “umanager” organizes meetings with businessmen and entrepreneurs who have built lasting business in Romania, mature now and successful even during the crisis. The project aims to coagulate a community which uses the ethics in business as a mark in the professional activity, addressing to both businessmen and students and high school students interested to build a career in the business environment.
“umanager” is a project that encourages the ethics in business and increases the young entrepreneurs’ confidence in partners and national business environment. The initiative to launch this project belongs to Steven van Groningen, Silviu Hotăran, Septimiu Postelnicu and Wargha Enayati, four of the best known representatives of the business community in Romania.
