Hervis Sports Romania, part of Spar Austria Group, with operations in six European countries and a global turnover of 11.23 billion euros, chose TotalSoft for the provision of payroll calculation and personnel administration. Hervis Sports sells through the 10 stores in Romania, products belonging to the most powerful sports brand in the world - adidas, Nike, Puma, Columbia, Mammut, Wilson, Kettler, Scott etc., as well as its own brands, such as Kilimanjaro, X -Fact, Denali, Benger, Seems etc.
Hervis Sports currently has a team of over 150 people and plans to increase this figure by the end of the year by opening new stores. The partnership with TotalSoft, the leading payroll outsourcing services provider in Romania, was carried out due to the company’s expansion strategy and the need to have a prompt supplier, no matter how much the number of employees would increase.
“We sought a partner to take the entire responsibility of human resources and payroll activities, while giving us the freedom to focus on national expansion plans. In addition to salary calculation, which will become TotalSoft’s exclusive task starting with August, the contract also provides personnel administration services, including submission of required documents to the state authorities.
The services offered by TotalSoft are based on Charisma HCM system, the solution preferred by 500 national and multinational companies in fields such as banking, services, distribution, retail, medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, construction, engineering, utilities, public institutions. By means of this system, salaries of over 10% of the active labor force in Romania are currently managed, while over 25% of about 130,000 outsourced salaries are calculated.
