Gabriela Leca, Charisma HCM Director, was included by Business Magazin in the “Young Top Managers” catalogue and awarded within the launching gala that took place on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Biavati Events. Out of the 10 prizemen, Gabriela Leca was the only manager to receive a partial scholarship for the ASEBUSS Executive MBA program, from the renowned business school.
Being at its 10th edition, the event gathered a series of young top managers with an impressive evolution, who brought to the fore the vision of a new generation in the Romanian business environment, a vision that could determine an economic growth in the following years. Along with the TotalSoft manager, there were also Mihai Muntean (NN România), Alexandru Băloi, (Vodafone România), Rareş Măcinică (Lagermax AED România), Iulian Tudorache (Telekom România), Ioana Predescu (Mercedes-Benz România), Mircea Solomon (Enel Energie şi Enel Energie), Claudiu Conţanu (KMG International), Andreea Ioniţă (Orange România) and Mihai Logofătu (Bittnet Systems).
Gabriela Leca represents a true business card for the company and, due to her professionalism, education and conduct, occupies an important place in TotalSoft’s top management. She leads the most popular software solution for human capital management in Romania, Charisma HCM, a division with over 600 clients.
In her over 10 years spent in TotalSoft, Gabriela became a real force behind Charisma HCM, gaining the customers’, the team’s and management’s appreciation for her remarkable performance. Since 2010, when she took the lead of the division, she has been tripling the outsourcing team and she has been running more and more complex HR & Payroll projects, orienting this business line to a permanent growing direction.
Focused on the future, Gabriela pays attention to the investment needed to move the applications to the web and cloud and she is also oriented to mobility.
Gabriela graduated the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, within the University of Bucharest.
