Charisma Medical Software extends its features with a Family Medicine Module

Charisma Medical Software, a product of TotalSoft - the regional software provider, extends its capabilities to support medical activities with a new module, namely Family Medicine. This module includes features that extend the system use towards every company having contracts signed with the National House of Insurance.

With the help of this module, Charisma Medical Software covers all stages of the workflow specific to the family medicine. From data collection through operational modules, issuance of medical certificates, referrals, compensated recipes to family medicine insurance contracts - everything lies in the application.

In order to develop the module, TotalSoft performed a careful analysis of the legislative frame and collaborated with several specialists that contributed with additional business knowledge. The development team also considered the possibility to simplify the existent workflows, so that, users may operate much easier the application since it is similar to the application they are already accustomed to namely, SIUI (Single Integrated Information System).

Charisma Medical Software is the only product dedicated to family doctors’ activity and fully integrated with an ERP system such as Charisma ERP, as well as with SIUI.

Charisma Medical Software manages over 4 million patients and has processed approximately 5 million medical analysis requests so far.
