Charisma HCM, the most powerful human resource management solution adapted to the Romanian legislation, which manages over 10% of the employees in Romania, is ready to ensure the generation and submission of the general register of employees (ReGes) to the Territorial Labor Inspectorate (ITM), according to the latest technical requirements imposed by the Labor Inspection. This reporting format shall enter into force on 1st of August 2011, the companies having at their disposal 90 days to align to the new provisions of the 500/2011 Government Decision.
The Territorial Labor Inspectorate (ITM) module has been configured in order to meet major changes imposed by the Romanian government such as the submission procedure, the XML file format and content of the register of employees (ReGes).
TotalSoft proactively responds to such legislative changes, just a few days after the publication of the methodological norms of G.D. 500/2011. The system is already prepared to ensure a proper reporting to the state, compliant to the legislation, thus, preventing any disruption of its customers’ businesses.
Charisma HCM is currently used by over 400 national and multinational companies, both privately and publicly owned, being thus, the most human resource and payroll system used in Romania. By means of this solution, over 10.000 ReGes reports have been submitted to the state in 2010.
At the end of 2010, TotalSoft launched a greatly improved version of Charisma HCM. The solution goes beyond the traditional functionality of a HR tool, offering a secure online access to individual training plans, performance evaluations, vacation or other useful personal information. Charisma has also considered the extension of the human resource functionalities towards the Talent Management area.
