TotalSoft, the software producer and part of Global Finance, announced the completion of the implementation of functionalities that allow the generation of Statement 112 for all companies working with Charisma HCM. Five days before the deadline imposed by the authorities for submitting the new mandatory statement, most companies working with Charisma HCM system have already successfully uploaded the reporting on the ANAF site.
Charisma HCM was quickly adapted to the new laws and regulations, currently allowing the real time generation of Statement 112 in XML format, which is further automatically submitted to the ANAF’s validation program; after validation the system generates the mandatory document in PDF format and with electronic signature.

The great number of companies that depended on us to provide an accurate and timely status imposed a fast work pace in order to complete the whole process. Charisma HCM is the most popular human resource and payroll software solution in Romania, used by about 500 companies and managing over 10% of the salaries of the Romanian active labor force. In 2010 the system generated revenues of over 2.5 million Euro; among companies that have joined the customer base during the year the following can be distinguished: Ursus Breweries, L’Oreal, Accenture or Lafarge Moldavia.
