TotalSoft, the no. 1 ERP supplier in Romania, announces the alignment of Charisma ERP to the new European standards - European Single Euro Payments Area - SEPA, which will apply as of 1st of February 2014. To support customers in Romania or any other European country to implement SEPA, TotalSoft included a new module in Charisma ERP 2014 which ensures that payments and receipts are carried out in accordance with the new European regulations.
SEPA project, representing an important step towards a stronger European integration, will enable customers to make euro payments to any beneficiary located anywhere in the euro area. In order to provide customers with this facility, companies are required to prepare their computer systems so as to manage the process according to European regulations using a single bank account and a single set of payment instruments.
“We prepared Charisma for SEPA long before the deadline imposed by the authorities and are already implementing it with several customers, including Deutsche Leasing Austria and BNP Paribas Luxemburg and Austria. We intend to persuade at least 80% of our international customers, by the end of this year, to implement SEPA on time, to be ready when the regulation becomes mandatory and avoid any inconvenience regarding payments” stated Vlad Cristuțiu, Product Management Director, TotalSoft.
