Charisma ERP, the system which has been placing TotalSoft at the forefront of the ERP market in Romania of 3 years, includes a new module for cash flow tracking and planning in its 2013 version. The module provides financial departments a visionary way of managing cash flows. The new Cash Flow allows setting targets for payments and cash, conditioning payments according to receipts and assessing the cost of deferred payments, so that businesses can plan payments and maintain the highest level of liquidity, under minimal financial and legal risk.
Charisma Cash Flow provides financial departments several advanced tools for summarizing financial information and accessing them through a single, easy to use, dashboard. It is possible to visualize both cash - according to projects / cost centers, and payments or receipts to the level of detail of the invoice.
The new module has an intuitive interface and provides planning, managing and generating standard payments, in a way that does not require additional configuration, as well as an advanced interface that allows users greater efficiency by setting and pursuing specific lines of payments and receipts; moreover, it enables liquidity forecasting on various time periods.
