Charisma ERP has been updated for the VAT cash-in

TotalSoft announces that Charisma ERP  is prepared to deal with the updated cash accounting VAT system, according to art. 134 of the Tax Code and amended by G.O. 15/2012. Starting with January 2013, over 500 companies using Charisma ERP system will be able to handle their businesses with partners that have a turnover smaller than 2.25 million euro and are required by law to cash in the VAT.

 

Charisma ERP has been configured to respond to the changes imposed by the Government for 2013, according to which small firms are obliged to pay the VAT on purchase, while larger ones running business with small firm to deduct it on purchase as well. Sales and Purchases logs have been adapted accordingly, while the reporting engine has also been aligned to the new requirements to ensure an accurate reporting to the state authorities (Statement 300) and to prevent any business interruption of the customers.

 

Once the authorities establish the register of companies applying the VAT cash-in and the possibilities to consult it, TotalSoft will have the possibility to include other facilities in Charisma ERP. Thus, companies already using the system will be able to automate and track accounting records that fall into this category.
