TotalSoft, member of Global Finance group, announces the successful completion of three international implementations of the application for client debt collection, Charisma Collection, at Raiffeisen Leasing Ukraine, Golden Deal Greece and Kronos Bulgaria.
Kronos is the first foreign company in TotalSoft portfolio strictly dedicated to debt collection, with clients among top companies in the Bulgarian financial & banking segment. For this reason, Kronos is the client with the biggest number of users (100 users), number that, based on the company’s growth rate predictions, is expected to increase significantly by the end of 2010.
Another important implementation is the one at Raiffeisen Leasing Ukraine, member of Raiffeisen Leasing International. In the last few years, TotalSoft ran several complex projects for the implementation of business software in the Romanian, Bulgarian and Ukrainian branches of Raiffeisen Leasing, projects mainly consisting in the implementation of the integrated system Charisma ERP.
In only one year since its launching, the solution has already been purchased by companies in four European countries (Romanian, Bulgaria, Greece and Ukraine).
Charisma Collection is part of Charisma Business Suite, a suite of business applications developed by TotalSoft in 15 years of activity on the Romanian and international market. The system was specially designed to assist companies in the process of monitoring deadlines for invoices and automatic notification of clients (via SMS, letters, phone calls).
Charisma Collection can be integrated with any ERP application and ensures an efficient management of the debt collection process.
Among the companies that implemented this application in 2009 we mention: Raiffeisen Leasing Romania, Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria, RCI Leasing, TBI Credit, Fildas, Impact, Tiriac Leasing.
