Charisma Collection announces the launching of extended facilities for the client debt recovery process

TotalSoft, one of the largest regional software producers, announces the inclusion of extensive facilities in the Charisma Collection system, which is dedicated to customer debt collection. The new version includes, among other things, a remarketing module designed specifically to manage the resale process of goods recovered from clients unable to pay.
 
The solution, which is an e-business platform developed based on Microsoft technology, is open to all companies, regardless of their activity field. The common point of these companies is the necessity to face constant challenges in recovering money from customers, the companies being forced, due to the crisis pressure, to recover and resale credited goods also. Through the remarketing module, which is available as web, Charisma Collection facilitates the efforts to promote the recovered goods, positioning them on the market in a professional and accessible to the general public manner, the process aiming at shortening the resale or lease timing for debts recovery.
