Career development management through Charisma HCM

TotalSoft spoke about the importance of the career plan in the process of employee retention, during the HR Strategic event held in Bucharest on February 23-24.

In its third edition, the event organized by Business Mark brought together over 100 HR specialists and discussed topics of interest to this community: the role of human resources coordinator at the level of business strategy & development, result-centric leadership, career mapping for millennials, sharing economy, organizational culture as a differentiating factor or career development & team management.

The topic addressed by TotalSoft focused on the conclusions of a Gallup study that reveals that employees expect from the employer a clear perspective on their career. According to the study, 68% of Generation Y representatives say they need a transparent perspective on the evolution of the organization, 81% of Generation Z representatives say they need a career direction, and 38% of employees who leave the organization say that if they would have had / knew a career plan assumed by the employer, he would not have left. Also, 83% of the companies participating in the study state that in the first year after the implementation of the career plan, the retention of employees increased by up to 30%.
