Partner Kit
You will receive a set of marketing and sales materials in digital format. These documents can be used in the sales process and will include among other things: full product descriptions, commercial offers, contract model, presentation template, web banners, etc.

Accounts protection
The first partner that generates a customer's interest for Charisma has exclusive sales rights to that customer for 90 days since announcing the lead to TotalSoft.

Leads generation and distribution
Charisma generates leads through various marketing and pre-sales channels, leads which are then distributed to partners.

Standard Discounts
Partners have discounts form the standard price for supporting and rewarding their sales and promotion efforts.

Volume Discounts
TotalSoft will agree with every partner on the annual sales forecast. Based on this forecast bonuses will be awarded for achieving and / or exceeding the sales target.

Sales, implementation or post-implementation training
TotalSoft deploys training sessions on a regular basis for its technical and commercial solutions. These sessions can be organized at TotalSoft premises, partners' offices or other locations. To authorize a partner on a specific IT solution or for gaining exclusive representative status for a particular territory, participation in these courses and certification tests are mandatory.

Sales support
Depending on the level of partnership achieved, Charisma offers dedicated resources – an account manager and / or a technical engineer to assist in the sales, implementation or ERP post-implementation process.

Assistance in the process of implementation or post-implementation
Depending on the level of partnership achieved, TotalSoft can provide support for implementation or post-implementation with a discount applied on the standard prices.

Collaborative marketing actions
TotalSoft organizes marketing activities and events for partners on a regular basis. Depending on the level of partnership achieved, partners can benefit from attractive promotional packages and participation in conferences, trade fairs and promotion campaigns online and offline.

Territorial exclusivity
Depending on the sales volume and the level of technical expertise and support, the partner may achieve territorial exclusivity. TotalSoft sales team will redirect all the opportunities coming from the territory to the exclusive partner and will provide co-marketing activities to support the partner in generating new sales opportunities.
