Available in “software as a service” regime, and running on Microsoft Azzure cloud platfom, the solution developed by TotalSoft enables the independent medical business administration, ensuring the electronic management of: patient’s sheets, appoiments, examinations and collection, everything corelated with a reporting system which provides an overview of the business.
The product, based on TotalSoft experience as a software solution developer for private medical domain, includes the processes, functionalities and the best necessary practices for the efficiency of individual clinics. The solution can be used as monthly subscription, exempting the implementation costs or the ones for hardware infrastructure, and offers real time access and full security of data or of proprietary work flows for users.
Charisma Medical SaaS is a solution composed of 4 standard modules (Clinic, Financial Reporting and Health Insurance Fund), through which the medical activity can be fully integrated with the financial one and with the reporting to authorities.
