TotalSoft and Charisma HCM at HR Summit event in Timișoara

TotalSoft and Charisma HCM, the leader of the software solutions intended to Human Capital Management, is present at HR Summit Timisoara, an event that will take place between 17^th and 18^th of May, 2017, at Incuboxx, the IT&C business lab. Mihai Gavan, HCM Operations Director, is moderating the second day of the event, dedicated to the debate on various topics, from the new leadership models, adapting the global HR politics to the country specifics, or the role of career planning in the employee retention process.

With an experience of 20 years in developing software solutions for HR field and the most complete system on the market, TotalSoft came into prominence as an innovative company, that is launching industry trends. Charisma HCM was the first Romanian software system providing to the market a HR self-service solution for employees (2004), as well as integrated talent management and personnel assessment solutions (2011).
