TotalSoft announces a new international contract, signed with Ista Group for the implementation of Charisma CRM, the solution developed on Microsoft Dynamics platform. The solution will be used as a global CRM platform by the company's subsidiaries in Netherlands, Italy and Romania. Ista is the third multinational group (prev. EconGas and OMV AG) that chose TotalSoft to develop and implement a global CRM platform.
