TotalSoft hires a Microsoft Executive in the Sales Director position

TotalSoft, one of the leading software providers in Romania, introduces Florian Ivan, the latest team member of the company. Florian Ivan, former Partner Strategy Manager at Microsoft Romania for the last 5 years, has taken over the position of Sales Director within TotalSoft. His former position implied the coordination of Microsoft’s relationship with its 4000 business partners helping the company deploy its activity in Romania.
In his new Sales Director position, Florian will be responsible for integrating all the company’s business lines, in terms of sales strategy and financial objectives, according to the local market. The main objective will be to strengthen the company’s sales and double the turnover by 2015.
Also, Florian will play a major role in building a solid and transparent sales process that will be integrated with other processes in the company, as well as in creating strong partner networks in target markets, to support the company’s international development plans.
“I was offered opportunities by two other leading companies, including a General Manager position. I chose TotalSoft due to its organizational and cultural transition period, as well as its remarkable growth in the B2B solutions market. Being part of a company’s management during a development process is a great challenge for me” states Florian Ivan.
TotalSoft’s objective, to double its turnover by 2015, will be supported by a product mix comprising applications, solutions and services, as well as by an aggressive sales strategy, in both private and public sectors, at local and international level.
Meanwhile, Florentina Andrei will take over the sales management of the entire Charisma suite, which includes well-known products such as Charisma ERP, Charisma HCM, Charisma Medical Software, Charisma Business Applications or Charisma Analyzer.
Over the last 8 years, Florentina has been occupying the Charisma Sales Director position, focusing in particular, on Charisma ERP and Charisma HCM sales. Among the achievements that have recommended Florentina for the new position, the 50% annual growth of these products’ turnover must be noted.
As a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies and an MBA, Florentina joined TotalSoft in 1999. For nearly 13 years, she has been consolidating the sales team and managed to position TotalSoft as the no. 1 ERP supplier in Romania, according to the 2010 PAC survey. Another great success was the international expansion of the company’s brand Charisma, which is now present in 25 countries in Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East.
