Grain Trade
The Grain Trade Module provides management of own grain stocks or in consignment by capturing and processing of information related to stock input or output:
- Goods receiving through interfacing with electronic scales and grain analyser for the retrieval of quantity and quality parameters of the products;
- Traceability of grain movement performed within a silo (aeration, trailing, gassing, transfer);
- Calculation of physical, useful stock (STAS) and stock with no-impurities, according to the Romanian legislation;
- Management of outgoing goods and calculation of prices based on the contractual parameters versus parameters recorded on goods input / output;

- Tracking the performance of grain sale / purchase agreements;
- Effective monitoring and management of stocks both in own warehouses and in third party warehouses in case of goods on consignment;
- Automatic generation of documents based on data from one or several existing documents (according to pre-defined flows), simultaneously ensuring their traceability;
- Management of activity in the grain silos;
- Reporting: contract centralizer, stock cards, accounting reports, financial reports, invoiced merchandise etc.
