Charisma ERP includes a series of functionalities that allow the management of lease agreements up to plot level, obligations and payment terms, price / ton of agricultural product, etc. Although not a separate module that can be implemented separately from the ERP solution, the implementation of core ERP modules will provide the following benefits:

- Management of lease contracts and the information attached to it: contract number and date, contract expiration date, identification data and lease contact data (natural person / legal entity), title deed, other mentions;
- Attaching scanned documents to the contract in the system, version management and the entire workflow of documents deriving from the existence of a lease (addendum, payment, delivery of goods);
- Attaching a list of plots to each contract with these details: category of use, plot number, plot number, plot area);
- It allows the introduction of obligations and payment terms established by contract: agricultural product royalty (to / ha), price / ton of agricultural product, payment terms for both types of royalties;

- Integrated natively with the financial accounting and management accounting modules for recording the payments of royalties in agricultural and financial products (through cash and bank) and calculating the remaining payment for each landlord, being an integral part of the Charisma application;
- Management of the necessary information for reporting to public institutions;
