Partner kit
Starting from the beginning of the collaboration and then periodically, Charisma will send to the partner an electronic set of marketing and sales materials. The materials can be used during the sales process of the partner and will include, among others, full descriptions of the product, commercial offers, contract template, presentation template, WEB banners, etc.
Account protection
The first partner who generates the interest of a customer in Charisma solution has sales exclusivity to that customer for a period of 90 days since he had announced Charisma regarding the interest of that prospect.
Generating and distributing leads
Through different marketing and pre-sales mechanisms, Charisma generates leads that are sent to its partners.
Standard discounts
Charisma recommends an unique sale price to the end customer, and this price is the same with that published on the official Website, www.charisma.ro. The partners benefit from a discount or margin for supporting and compensating their efforts of promotion and sale.
Volume discounts
Charisma will determine with each partner, when concluding the partnership contract, an annual sales forecast. Depending on this sales forecast, an additional bonus schedule will be agreed for reaching and/or exceeding the determined volume.
Training courses
Charisma team periodically holds technical and commercial training sessions for its solutions. These courses can be held on its site or its partners' sites or in other locations. For certain partnership levels the attendance to these courses, as well the certification by passing some tests is mandatory.
Sales, implementation or post-implementation training courses
Charisma teams periodically holds technical and commercial training sessions for their solutions. These courses can be held on its site or its partners' sites or in other locations. For authorizing a partner on a certain information solution or for reaching the Sole representative status on a certain territory, the attendance to these courses, as well as the certification by passing some tests is mandatory.
Support during the sales process
Depending on the partnership level reached, Charisma makes available for its partners dedicated resources, such as an account manager and/or a technical engineer for supporting the sales, implementation or post-implementation support process.
Support during the implementation or post-implementation process
Depending on the partnership level reached, Charisma could provide implementation or post-implementation support to the end customer, at a discount from the list price for such services.
Co-marketing actions
Charisma periodically holds marketing actions and events dedicated to the partners. Depending on the partnership level reached, the partners can benefit from attractive packages of promotion and attendance to conferences, fairs or online and offline promotion campaigns.
Territorial exclusivity
Depending on the achieved annual sales volume and on reaching the agreed level of implementation and technical support expertise, the partner can achieve territorial exclusivity. Charisma sales team will route all the opportunities coming from the territory to the exclusive partner and will offer co-marketing actions to support it in generating new sales opportunities.
