We’ve been outsourcing the payroll services to TotalSoft since 2008 and we’ve also been very pleased with our choice. Normally, a paper-based company increases the number of its back office employees at least as many times as the turnover. We reached a performance level we never thought we would half a year ago. In 2015, we will double our turnover with fewer back office employees. Charisma system had a great contribution to all this.

In my opinion, Charisma HCM is well suited to large companies because it is custom tailored. The main advantage of the application is the information that can be accessed anytime and can take any form you want.

Before implementing Charisma eProcurement, I had to dig into thousands of files every time I wanted to verify the purchase price. Now, this information is just one search away and includes all the details, the purchasing date, the list of the participants in the bid, the offered prices, internal managers etc. 

From my point of view, TotalSoft strengths are flexibility, professionalism and very good technical team that you can rely on.

The solution offered by TotalSoft integrates both the company’s and the group’s resources in a single software system (financial, human, material, and the resources specific to vegetal production and livestock). The most important functionality for the vegetal production was the graphical interface for internal reporting to authorities with land map controls.

We conducted a market research and Charisma proved to be the most viable and best known solution on the market. Its friendlyinterface is a real advantage for a higher adoption rate of the system, including the warehouse management.
